Is that date serious? Pardon me for recognizing that silly "holiday."

Also, Andrew Bacevich?? Very rad. I've been meaning to check out Limits of Power. Now I might actually do so.

I'm excited, Mr. Dark.

Wow. I was excited when I heard the title alone; now I'm on the edge of my seat. Looking forward....

So how long have you been famous? I didn't realize. Once in a while, I'll see Sarah's photo on something or hear one of her songs somewhere, and I'll think, "Oh yeah, I forgot she's famous." (I mean this as a compliment.)

Thanks for the well-wishing, my friendlies.
VOAT, i don't think the famousness thing is happening. if one were to argue for a moment though (the "tipping point" of contemporary folklore), it could be suggested that something went down when bill moyers quoted me in a speech. that's the little nugget i work into conversations way too often (and often met with a withering look from sarah. "you pitiful, prideful sweetheart," here eyes seem to say). so glad you're checking in, VOAT. i believe i'm going to see you on belcourt ave. this evening.

David,

You redeem "Christian" publishing. Glad you're writing. We are all better for it. Hope to see you soon.

D. Bazan,
Deep affection, smiling shout-out, and tickled pink you noticed.
Nard,
Professor/Retired Colonel Bacevich once spoke/wrote well of an excerpt from _Gospel according to America_. I was already a grateful reader of his work, and I eventually summoned up the nerve to e-mail him. After he responded very receptively, I had GATA and the new one sent his way and he proffered the nice thing he says on the back cover. Awfully grateful. Not pals exactly, but hold him in very high regard.
Cameron,
Thanks for the kind word. We do what we can with the available brands.
